SPIRIT ELEMENT ADD INS
As part of the body, mind and spirit, we realize that there can be an emotional and spiritual level connected to how we feel about ourselves and others. Below is a description of Flower Essences and Gem Elixirs. At Body Mind Spirit, these are company made and offered as Add Ins to some of our services.
Flower Essences and Gem Elixirs are energy based infusions. Their purpose is to affect our emotional bodies and to bring them into resonance with the loving qualities of the flowers and gems. Flower petals or crystals (stones) are placed in water and exposed to sunlight. Since water is highly programmable, the "essence" of the flowers' or crystals' vibration is transferred to the water. This water is then preserved often with brandy but diluted down for use. Since there is nothing of the original plant or crystal in the dilution other than vibration, Flower Essences and Gem Elixirs are very safe to use. All part of the body, mind and spirit.

Cancellation Policy
Your time and our professionals' time is very important. We understand that schedules
can be thrown off by many unexpected changes in your day. We request that you are
mindful of the salon and spa's schedule as we try to be of your schedule. Please give us
a call and let us know you are running late. We will try to accommodate you within the
workings of clients and appreciate your patience while we try our best to accommodate
all clients' services in a timely manner.
We ask that if you need to cancel, that you provide us the courtesy of at least 24 hours
notice. If 24 hours notice is not received, the services booked may be charged.
